About me
Welcome to my website! I am a Ph.D. candidate in political science at Claremont Graduate University, specializing in American political thought and institutions. I am interested in the American Founding, American slavery, representation, polarization, and populism. My theoretical interests include the works of the American Founders, Alexis de Tocqueville, Abraham Lincoln, and Frederick Douglass. I also use both administrative and public opinion data to evaluate American democracy.
